I unfortunately usually have to avoid apple pie, because of the cinnamon, but it definitely sounds delicious :)<br /><br />The key lime recipe I used was also super easy (in addition to tasty)! All I needed was a graham cracker pie crust (yes, I cheated and bought a crust), a can of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 a cup of key lime juice, 2 egg yolks, and about a tablespoon of key lime zest.
